Product application
1、Used as spectrally pure reagents and electronic components
2、Used for protective coatings on metal reflective mirrors, semiconductor films for photoelectric displays, and the production of indium salts and glass
In₂O₃ as raw material is often used in resistive touch screens and mainly applied to fluorescent screens, glass, ceramics, chemical reagents, etc. In addition, it is widely used in traditional fields such as colored glass, ceramics, mercury-substituting corrosion inhibitors in alkaline manganese batteries, and chemical reagents. In recent years, it has been extensively applied in high-tech fields such as the optoelectronic industry and in the military field. They are especially suitable for being processed into indium tin oxide (ITO) target materials to manufacture transparent electrodes and transparent thermal reflector materials, which are used in the production of flat liquid crystal displays and defoggers and deicers.
